筹建海外办公室！ 凯行律所与澳洲君临律所签署框架协议

2025年10月18日，澳洲君临律师事务所主任王国忠一行莅临我所参观交流，双方围绕中山和悉尼法律服务领域的深度合作展开座谈，并签署了框架合作协议，标志着两家律所正式开启跨境合作新篇章。

On October 18th, 2025, a delegation led by Ernest Wong, Director of A Quantum Leap Legal, an Australian law firm, visited our firm for exchanges. Both parties held a discussion on in-depth partnership in providing legal services for Zhongshan and Sydney, and signed a framework partnership agreement, marking the official beginning of a new chapter of cross-border partnership between the two law firms.

来宾一行参观了我所党建文化长廊、党群服务中心、党群活动厅、同心之家、凯行大事记、社会责任法治文化长廊、模拟法庭等规范化、信息化、标准化、品牌化建设，详细了解了我所在党建引领下的律所的管理模式、发展理念、业务发展、专业建设及国际法律服务方面的成果。

The delegation visited our Party Building Culture Corridor, Party and Masses Service Center, Party and Masses Activity Hall, Home of One Heart, Kaixing Milestones, Social Responsibility and Legal Culture Corridor, and Mock Court, to learn about how we develop and build our rules, information, standards and brand, and to understand the details about the management model, development concept, business development, professional construction and international legal service achievements of our law firm led by party building.

会上，双方就资源整合、业务协同、专业人才培养等议题进行了深入探讨，并在多个方面达成重要共识。作为此次交流的核心成果，双方代表共同签署了合作框架协议。根据协议，双方将互设海外办公室——凯行在悉尼，君临在中山，以此为基础，在跨境争议解决、投资并购、国际贸易等领域开展务实合作，并通过联合举办专业论坛、讲座及培训等方式，共同提升在法律服务市场的核心竞争力。

At the meeting, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as resource integration, business collaboration and professional talent cultivation, and reached important consensus in multiple aspects. The representatives of both sides jointly signed a cooperation framework agreement as the core outcome of this exchange meeting. According to the agreement, Kaixing will set up an overseas office in Sydney and A Quantum Leap Legal will set up an overseas office in Zhongshan. On this basis, both parties will carry out practical cooperation in areas such as cross-border dispute resolution, investment, mergers and acquisitions, and international trade, and will jointly organize professional forums, lectures and training sessions to enhance their core competitiveness in the legal service market.
